Open letter to All Black African Spiritual Leaders

Success keys: Open letter to all Black African spiritual leaders.
by Mike Benedi Sudi Am mba

Dear Elders, Bishops, pastors, rev, priests...

It's always an honour to serve our Lord Jesus Christ and our nation.
I have seen so much poverty in our continent and my research will reveal you more truth probably you have heard but few are the ones who practice it.
I believe at the end of this message Africa will never be poor again.

One day a wise man said : ''there are 3 priorities in life: Love your family, serve your country and honor God.''
My letter today focus more on Live to Give.

I recently saw an interesting report about a young man in Saudi Arabia in Joel Osteen new book (your best life now).
He was extremely wealthy and lived in palace. He had planes, cars, ships for his personal use. But what intrigued me about him was every months or so he would bring poor people and ask them what they need and give them whatever they needed.

In the last 50 years, the international community have spent $400 billion in Aid to Africa.
But what is there to show for it? Donors ask what they are doing wrong. Or what the people they are helping doing wrong?
Why Africa is so full of poverty, diseases, wars...?In contrast with its great potential in natural resources, human resources, land, water, good weather...
We have oil, gold, diamond, uranium, cooper, zinc, cobalt, forests, petrol...
We have some of the best and genius individuals on the planet in Africa.
The question to know what's wrong with being black came with a simple answer: Nothing.

Trusting your maturity and experience, I am convinced that these prosperity and success principles I am about to share will bring hope to many of us as individuals, communities, governments.

I have seen campaign to Make poverty History with Sir Bob Geldof, reflexion and donations of billions in us dollar by Bill Gates, Sir Richard Branson, President Bill Clinton...suggestions by PM Gordon Brown to fight poverty in Africa because it seems that we are over 100 years behind.
Some of them questioned if we really care about being poor?
The answer is: Yes we care so much.

The real problem here is in Prov 23:7:''So a man thinks so is he.''
Most of us Think:'' we are poor, we are disadvanted, we are blacks, we are cursed...

Our mission as Church is to stop the Negative Thinking and renew our Minds, reprogram our Minds to Positive Thinking, victor Mentality.

We are rich, we have all the opportunities in Africa, we are blessed.
We need to take responsibility of our actions, our Thoughts and confessions and focus on the Future.(Rom 12:2)

As written in Joshua 6:20,the time to sound the trumpets is now, we have had enough with poverty, diseases, ethnic conflicts, shame, fear, hunger, human sacrifices...It's time to claim our Promise Land. It's time to claim our prosperity, it's time to lend to many nations.

For years we have been fed with lies about money.
In Eccl 10:19, the Bible says :''But Money is everything.''

Please understand I am talking about the use of money not the love of money.

There are challenges that we will need to face in order to prosper and live in peace and successful:

1. Unity: this word is 484 times in the Bible. God is impressed by Togetherness.
The more we are united, the more God will increase our influence and power.
Here I am talking about individual unity (self control),family unity, friends unity, church unity and churches unity.
We need to work hard with a servant hood spirit of humility and love to complete each other not to compete one another.

2. Solidarity: the issue we have is that every one of us is seeking to get instead of seeking to Give.
Deut 15:11 encourage rich to give to the poor.
Prov 19:17 encourage us to take care of orphans and widows.

3. Holyness: In Matthew 6:33:''seek first the kingdom of God and its righteousness and all things will be added to you.'' You can also read Prov 16:3;Prov 21:21.
We have all the blessings for obedience as written in Deut 28:1-14; Gen 1:28-31.
Most of the time we seek things that are already in store for us.

There are more other principles for us as African Nations to come out of debt and poverty.
In Malachi 3:10,we are encourage as individuals to pay our Tithes to the Church.
It's also my strong belief that we need to encourage our governments to pay 10% of its incomes to the church in order to get out of debt.
We need to cultivate a culture of Giver not a culture of Beggar, receiver only.
It's important to know if you don't give anything, you don't get anything.
You can sow anything:money,time,kindness,respect,food,forgiveness,a dress,a plane,a car,an advice,a phone call,peace,hospitality,love...
Please understand that I have all the respect and I am grateful to rich nations helping us to get out of poverty and still welcome their aids as a blessing to us.
In this perspective I would like to motivate more people to Think more on what they can Give in order to receive.
The Bible says:''the more you give, the more you receive.''

Sometimes we wonder why rich nations are wealthy?
The answer is they work hard, they give a lot.
They give money,knowledge,people,information,time...
We need to think how we can also contribute financially to the world development, research, technology, climate change...
We need to stop accusing others and forget the past, move on,take responsibility of our own success and prosperity.

The president Barack Obama late visit in Ghana this year concluded that:
''the solutions to African problems are in African hands.''

I know you are wise that why I am saying these words with all humility:
Let's us change Africa History, let's us change Africa Fear of Tomorrow, let's us change Africa shame and wounds.
Let's us shout loud we are proud to be Black Africans, we are blessed, we are rich, we are wealty, we are united, we love Africa, we love our leaders, we love our families, we love God with all our hearts, souls and minds.

This is the time to sound the Trumpet and the walls of Jerico will collapse.
Let's us Think we are rich,Say we are rich,Act as rich.

To conclude I would like us to have a Picture,a vision of Black Africans in 100 years from now with a spirit of investment and success.
Let's use our money to create a better future for the generations to come.
Prov 13:22 says: A good man leaves an Inheritance for his children's children.''
Let's live a moral life full of love, peace, justice, solidarity, hard work,humility,passion,holiness,integrity...as written in Matthew 5-7 and Exodus 20:1-17

My strong hope is to apply these success keys to our countries and nations.
As one of native from Bukavu-Congo,I would like to say this not arrogantly,
Congo DRC will be the richest, wealthiest and peaceful country on Earth.

God bless you,God bless Israel,God bless Africa.

Chouchou Namegabe Nabintu,Vital Voices Fern Holland Award 2009

In the Congo, 31-year old Chouchou Namegabe Nabintu is known by many as a pioneering, fearless voice for justice and accountability. Born in Bukavu in South Kivu Province, Chouchou developed a strong interest in radio broadcasting and journalism as a young student. She saw radio as the means through which to reach the masses in Congo, the only medium of communication accessible to nearly everyone everywhere.

In 1997, Chouchou began as a trainee and presenter at Radio Maendeleo, a popular local community radio station, and after volunteering for several years, entered the permanent reporting staff in 2002.

In the late 1990s, as Eastern Congo was overcome by violence, Chouchou turned her microphone into a potent weapon against the rampant violations of women's human rights she saw taking place in her community. She gained a reputation as a journalist with expertise in women, health, and human rights. She also courageously denounced the corruption of mismanagement by public authorities.

In 2003 Chouchou founded the South Kivu's Association of Women Journalists (“Association des Femmes des Médias du Sud Kivu” or “AFEM”) and assumed leadership of the Association as its president two years later. Chouchou has sought to perfect her technical skills by attending field trainings and searching for mentorship from experienced professionals, including foreign journalists.

With AFEM and through her radio broadcasts, Chouchou continues to shine a spotlight on women's issues, especially in rural areas. She has also brought the plight of Congolese women to an international stage, recently traveling to the Hague in December 2007 to plead the case of Kivu's women at the International Court of Justice, where she denounced without fear the impunity in which some major rebel leaders thrive and flourish. There is no question that the world will be hearing more from Chouchou in the years to come.

Marceline Kongolo-Bise: 2009 Vital Voices Fern Holland Award honoree

After weeks of nervous waiting, I recently got the good news that a colleague of mine here in Uvira, Marceline, has been selected by the Washington DC NGO Vital Voices to be honored this March at the Kennedy Center for Performing Arts for the work she has done with rape victims and threatened women in Congo. Vital Voices is dedicated to recognizing emerging women leaders across the world, especially those working in regions where women are regularly relegated to the margins of society. No better place to draw the world's attention to than Congo.

Prestigious human rights prize to Eastern Congo

This year's Rafto Prize has been awarded to Pst Bulambo Lembelembe Josué for his efforts to promote hope, peace and human dignity in Eastern Congo. This Norwegian human rights prize attracts considerable international interest, partly due to the fact that several Rafto Laureates have later been awarded the Nobel Peace Prize.

Mike Benedi Sudi Am mba praises from MMI President

MONADIC
MYRIAD
INTERNATIONAL
“He who does not know can know from learning.”

RE: Mike Benedi Sudi Am mba

To Whom It May Concern:

I have known and worked with Mike Benedi Sudi Am mba for one year. While this time frame maybe short, I can assure you our relationship has not been. Mike Benedi Sudi Am mba has proven to be a highly intelligent asset to me and my company – Monadic Myriad International – www.mmintdev.com.

He has enlightened us in our efforts to work with the Congolese people in a manner that was consistent with their established culture so we would bring value to them with our efforts and not disrupt their existing lifestyle. This knowledge has been invaluable to us as it is becoming increasingly more difficult to work with individuals whose culture and lifestyle differ from ours. Our intent has been to blend in our efforts with the lifestyle already in place in the DRC. Sudi Am mba has shown us how to do this.

My colleague, Mark Gregory and I visited the DRC – primarily Kinshasa – Goma – and Bukavu in February, 2008. Specifically in Bukavu, Mr. Sudi Am mba proved to be an invaluable asset in helping us arrange our itinerary, introduce us to Government Officials, and prominent Business Leaders. In addition he served as our translator, a role we would have been lost without. I have found him to be an extremely truthful person with a high moral character. He is also energetic and compassionate in his work and love for his native countrymen.

We at MMI think so highly of him that we have made him our International Consultant in the DRC where he assists us as our needs arise. This relationship with MMI will in no way hinder his full time employment with another organization. We only utilize his services on an “Ad Hoc” basis and would limit this contact giving priority to his duties to his full time company.

In essence I would not hesitate to recommend Sudi Am mba for any position for which he is qualified. Likewise I would be happy to discuss any other information you may need about him. Please feel free to contact me at your convenience.

God Bless You.
